摘要
探讨化工管道在应力分析支持下的柔性设计方法,通过实例分析建立了管道模型并进行应力校核,管系模型二次应力在某些区域超出许用范围。为此,提出调整支吊架位置和类型的设计方案,通过仿真分析优化了管道应力分布。研究结果表明,调整后的设计方案有效降低了二次应力水平,确保了管道系统的安全性和稳定性。本研究为化工管道设计提供了科学依据,对提高管道维护和检修效率具有积极意义。
This paper discusses the flexible design method of chemical pipeline under the support of stress analysis,establishes the pipeline model through the example analysis and carries on the stress check.Therefore,the design scheme of adjusting the position and type of support and hanger is put forward,and the stress distribution of pipeline is optimized by simulation analysis.The results show that the adjusted design scheme effectively reduces the secondary stress level and ensures the safety and stability of the pipeline system.This study provides a scientific basis for the design of chemical pipelines and has a positive significance for improving the efficiency of pipeline maintenance and repair.
