RTO在医药化工尾气治理中的应用

摘要 随着环保政策发展,我国对于废气排放日益严苛,以往的废气处理方法正面临着超标排放风险。某药企为了预防超标风险对挥发性有机废气(VOCs)治理进行改造,介绍了蓄热式热氧化(RTO)在医药化工废气治理中的应用,处理后废气浓度符合《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(DB 32/4042—2021)相关排放限值,环保效益显著。 With the development of environmental protection policies,China's exhaust gas emissions are becoming more and more stringent,and the previous waste gas treatment methods are facing the risk of exceeding the emission standard.In order to prevent the risk of exceeding the standard,a pharmaceutical company transformed the treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),and introduced the application of regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)in the treatment of pharmaceutical and chemical waste gas,and the concentration of waste gas after treatment meets the relevant emission limits of the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry"(DB 32/4042-2021),and the environmental protection benefits are significant.
