温针灸联合舒经通络汤对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复的影响

Influence of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Shujing Tongluo Decoction on the Recovery of Lower Limb Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨温针灸联合舒经通络汤对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复的影响。方法收集2022年10月—2023年10月聊城市第二人民医院收治的脑卒中后偏瘫患者106例,根据干预方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组采用舒经通络汤进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温针灸进行治疗。比较两组患者的下肢运动功能、步行功能、神经功能、下肢肌力以及步态的改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分和运用功能性步行量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改良Rankin量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下肢伸膝肌力、下肢屈髋肌力、踝背伸肌力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组步行周期低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合舒经通络汤治疗脑卒中偏瘫,有助于改善下肢运动功能、步行功能、神经功能和步态功能,并提高患者下肢肌力。

Objective To explore the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shujing Tongluo Decoction on the functional recovery of lower limbs in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Clinical data of 106 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia at the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from October 2022 to October 2023 were collected.According to the different intervention plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shujing Tongluo Decoction,while the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The improvement in lower limb motor function,walking function,neurological recovery,lower limb muscle strength,and gait between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer assessment score and functional ambulation category scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The modified Rankin scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The muscle strength of lower limb knee extension,lower limb hip flexion and ankle dorsum extension in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The walking cycle of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shujing Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia is helpful to improve the lower limb motor function,walking function,neural function and gait function,and improve the lower limb muscle strength of patients.
