摘要
谈心谈话是高校辅导员了解学生日常心理状态、生活学习情况的重要手段,也是开展思想政治教育工作的重要渠道。现实中由于辅导员思想认识不深刻导致工作被动化和随意化,多重角色下主业偏移导致工作边缘化和碎片化,知识储备和专业技能不足导致工作形式化和无效化,使得谈心谈话的育人效果未能充分发挥。基于此,通过提升认识高度,发挥育人主动性;立足自身强化本领,提升专业化水平;注重反思和总结,强化理论和实践的结合;优化制度体系,促进谈心谈话本位回归等来增强谈心谈话工作的实效性。
Talking is an important way to understand the daily psychological state,life and learning situation of students,and also an important channel for counselors to carry out ideological and political education work.In reality,the lack of deep ideological understanding of counselors leads to the passivity and randomization of work,the deviation of the main business under multiple roles leads to the marginalization and fragmentation of work,and the lack of knowledge reserve and professional skills leads to the formalization and ineffectiveness of work,which make the educational effect of heart-to-heart talk not fully exerted.Based on this,the effectiveness of heart-to-heart talks should be enhanced by enhancing ideological awareness,improving knowledge structure,em-phasizing reflection and summary,and optimizing institutional systems.
