摘要
正丁烷与异丁烷均为重要的化工基础原料,二者的有效分离在石化工业中至关重要。金属有机框架(MOFs)材料具有孔道规则、结构可调节等优势,在丁烷同分异构体分离中具有较大的应用潜力。介绍了MOFs材料的发展和结构优势,分析了MOFs材料在丁烷同分异构体分离应用中的机理,系统总结了MOFs材料在吸附分离和膜分离丁烷异构体方面的最新研究进展,并提出了存在的问题和未来的发展方向,为MOFs材料潜在的工业化应用提供指导与借鉴。
Both n-butane and iso-butane are important chemical raw materials,and their effective separation is crucial in the petrochemical industry.With regular pore channels and adjustable structures,metal organic frameworks(MOFs)materials show great potential for separating butane isomers.In this article,the development and structural advantages of MOFs materials are introduced,and their separation mechanisms in this application are analyzed.Furthermore,the latest research progress of MOFs in the adsorption separation and membrane separation of butane isomers is systematically summarized and the existing problems and future development directions are finally proposed,aiming to provide guidance and reference for the potential industrial applications.
