Career Status,Dilemma and Future Path of Short Video Uploaders

短视频创作者作为资源整合、创意构思与内容生产的实施主体,是短视频的核心生产要素。数字化驱动短视频创作理念逐渐转型,要求短视频创作者在创作时融入智能化元素、聚焦精准传播、建立准社会关系以满足更多元的用户需求。个性化创意表达、新技术加持、多元发展为短视频创作者带来新的职业机遇,但新技术、新机制、新业态也使其面临内容缺乏深度、文案焦虑、难以建立长效变现机制等发展困境。基于此,研究提出提升短视频创作者综合素养的实施路径,即对技术创新保持关注,传播兼顾专业性与通俗性,短时创新出圈与长期蓄力结合探索多元化商业运营,进而实现短视频创作者个体成长与短视频生态建构的协同共进。

Short video uploaders,as the implementation body of resource integration,creative conception and content production,are the core production factors of short videos.Driven by digitalization,the concept of short video creation has gradually transformed,which requires uploaders to incor porate intelligent elements,focus on precise communication,and es ta blish parasocial relationships to meet diverse user needs.Per sonalized creative expression,new technologies,and diversified development have brought new career opportunities for short video uploaders.However,new technologies,mechanisms and industries also expose them to dilemmas such as insufficient cultured content,copywriting anxiety,and difficulty in establishing a long-lasting cash mechanism.Based on this,this research proposed implementation paths to enhance the comprehensive quality of short video uploaders,namely,to pay attention to technological innovation,to take into account the professionalism and popularity of communication,to explore diversified commercia lization in combination with short-term innovation and long-term storage,so as to realize the synergy of individual growth of short video uploaders and ecological construction of short video industry.
