基于多源多维数据融合分析的新疆甜瓜产地溯源研究

摘要 为实现新疆县市级地理尺度间甜瓜原产地溯源,本研究以新疆15个县市主产区的239份甜瓜样本为对象,分析样本稳定同位素、多元素、^(1)H核磁波谱特征;通过偏最小二乘判别分析建模提取多源数据中的主要贡献变量。结果表明,δ^(2)H、Al、P、Na、δ^(18)O和^(1)H核磁共振波谱中化学位移(δ)为2.5528和2.5253时的响应信号为最重要的判别变量(VIP>1);单独应用稳定同位素及多元素、核磁共振波谱建模,总体判别准确度分别为85.8%和72.8%,难以满足溯源应用的要求;多源多维数据融合建模可提升甜瓜判别准确度至95.8%,能够实现县市级微观地理尺度间的新疆甜瓜溯源。本研究可为新疆甜瓜原产地确证与地理标志产品品牌保护提供技术支持。 To observe the county-scale origin traceability of muskmelon in Xinjiang,China,this study collected 239 samples from the main producing areas of 15 counties and cities.The isotopic,elemental,hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H-NMR)spectral signatures of samples were analyzed.Then,three kinds of data were used for partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)to extract the main contribution variables.The study proved thatδ^(2)H,Al,P,Na,δ^(18)O and the corresponding responses at chemical shift(δ)of 2.5528,2.5253 of ^(1)H-NMR spectra were the most important variables(VIP>1).According to the overall discriminant accuracies for modeling based on stable isotopic and multi-elemental signatures,the values for ^(1)H-NMR spectra were only 85.8%and 72.8%,respectively,which cannot fully satisfy the requirements of traceability application.Modeling on the data fusion multi-source and multi-dimensional signatures elevated the traceable accuracy of muskmelon to 95.8%,which could realize the origin traceability of muskmelon between county-scale micro-geographical regions in Xinjiang.This study can provide technical support for the origin traceability of muskmelon in Xinjiang,and also promote the brand reputation of protected geographical indication(PGI)product of muskmelon.
