普惠性学前教育社会责任的培育机制研究

摘要 系统梳理普惠性学前教育的社会责任内涵,包括保障教育权利、提升教育质量、促进社会公平等方面,并基于利益相关者理论和教育公平理论,构建了社会责任培育的理论框架。通过深入剖析政府、学前教育机构及社会各界的责任与角色,提出多维度、多层次的培育路径,包括政府层面的政策引导与资源投入、学前教育机构层面的教育质量提升与师资队伍建设以及社会层面的广泛参与与支持。 This article systematically summarizes the social responsibility connotation of inclusive preschool education,including safeguarding educational rights,improving educational quality,and promoting social equity.Based on stakeholder theory and educational equity theory,a theoretical framework for cultivating social responsibility is constructed.By deeply analyzing the responsibilities and roles of the government,preschool education institutions,and various sectors of society,a multidimensional and multi-level cultivation path is proposed,including policy guidance and resource investment at the government level,education quality improvement and teacher team construction at the preschool education institution level,and extensive participation and support at the social level.
