摘要
针对建筑工程项目的全生命周期管理特点,基于决策评价与实验室分析法和解释结构模型组合,系统研究制约智慧建筑工地高质量发展因素间的层级关系,进而辨识关键制约因素,并提出了相应的改进策略和发展路径,构建支撑建筑企业现场管理、智能决策、互联协同和知识共享的信息化系统。可为建筑企业智慧工程高质量发展提供参考。
In view of the characteristics of the whole life cycle management of construction projects,based on the combination of decision evaluation,laboratory analysis and interpretive structure model,the hierarchical relationship between the factors restricting the high-quality development of smart construction sites is systematically studied,and then the key constraints are identified,and the corresponding improvement strategies and development paths are proposed.Build an information system that supports on-site management,intelligent decision-making,interconnection and collaboration and knowledge sharing of construction enterprises.It can provide reference for the high-quality development of intelligent engineering in construction enterprises.
