电梯对重块粉末锻造专用伺服液压机的研究与开发

摘要 电梯对重块粉末锻造生产线主要由一台30MN冷压成形伺服液压机、中频感应加热炉和一台45MN热锻成形伺服液压机及周边辅助设施等组成。其中,两台液压机机身均为采用钢板叠焊的封闭式结构,辅以独创的X型导轨作为滑块导向,整机刚度高、抗偏载能力强、精度保持性好;主工作缸采用缸动式柱塞缸结构反向安装,使压力机台面尺寸达到最小化,减小机身尺寸的同时降低占地面积;柱塞式回程缸合理布置在机身两侧空档内,布局紧凑且有效利用空间;针对压制成形初始阶段具有大压缩比低成形力的特点,开发出新颖的控制辅助回路和比例流量阀控制的蓄能器动力源回路,以提高滑块压制速度,提升整条生产线的生产效率。 The elevator to heavy powder forging production line is mainly composed of a 30MN cold press forming servo hydraulic press,medium frequency induction heating furnace,a 45MN hot forging forming servo hydraulic press and surrounding auxiliary facilities.The two hydraulic press bodies adopt the closed structure of laminated steel plate welding,supplemented by the original X-shaped guide rail as the slide guide.The machine has high stiffness,strong anti-bias load ability and good precision retention.The main working cylinder adopts the cylinder moving plunger cylinder structure for reverse installation,which minimizes the press surface size,reduces the fuselage size and reduces the floor area.The plunger return cylinder is rationally arranged in the space on both sides of the fuselage,compact layout and efficient use of space.In view of the high compression ratio and low forming force in the initial stage of pressing forming,a novel control is developed.The accumulator power supply circuit controlled by the auxiliary loop and the proportional flow valve can improve the pressing speed of the slide block to improve the production efficiency of the whole production line.
