摘要
绿色发展是饮料行业高质量发展的底色。虽然在“双碳目标”的压力下,行业已在推进低碳转型,但中小企业大多未开展低碳减排工作,且对绿色发展仍存在缺乏理解认识、缺乏标准引领、缺乏解决方案、缺乏人才储备的问题,需要采取强化理解认知、标准研制和应用、服务供给能力提升、典型案例培育与改造示范、绿色发展人才培养、绿色产品供给的措施,并开展关键技术、装备与应用场景攻关和推广,以实现碳达峰目标。
Green development is the background color of the high-quality development for the beverage industry.Under the pressure of the“dual carbon goal”,the industry has been promoting low-carbon transformation.However,small and medium-sized enterprises have not carried out low-carbon emission reduction work.There is still a lack of insight into green development,standard guidance,solutions and talent reserves.Hence,to achieve the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions,it is important to deepen comprehension,formulate and apply standard,improve service,cultivate and demonstrate typical cases,train talent,supply green products,research of key technology,equipment and application systems.
