摘要
同步注浆是顶管施工过程中不可或缺的工序,其中触变泥浆的减阻性能是影响注浆减阻效果的关键因素。为此,本文使用室内摩阻试验测定触变泥浆及浆土混合物的摩阻参数,研究泥浆中不同成分配比对浆液减阻性能的影响。结果表明:泥浆的3种主要组成成分——膨润土、CMC(Carboxylmethyl Cellulose)、纯碱,均对触变泥浆的减阻性能有影响;膨润土含量对触变泥浆的摩阻参数影响最大,浆液中膨润土含量越高、浆土混合物的摩阻系数越小。
Synchronous grouting is indispensable in the pipe jacking construction process,and the drag reduction performance of thixotropic mud is the key factors influencing the grouting effect of drag reduction.Therefore,this article uses the friction test measure the thixotropic mud and soil mixture of friction parameters,the influence of different component partition ratio on drag reduction performance of the slurry in thixotropic mud was studied.Results show that the three main components of mud——bentonite,the size of the CMC(Carboxylmethyl Cellulose),soda ash content are influential to drag reduction performance of thixotropic mud;The content of bentonite has the greatest influence on the friction parameter of thixotropic mud,the higher the content of bentonite in slurry,the lower the friction coefficient of slurry mixture.
