某低输量输油管网精益运行模式探究与优化

Exploration and optimization of lean operation mode of a low-volume oil pipeline network

摘要 通过构建管网仿真模型,模拟不同输量和地温条件下,站场的最低出站温度与管线的极限低输量,探究了输油管道系统的精益运行模式。结果表明,地温越低,站场的最低出站温度越高,极限低输量越大。研究结果可用于指导该输油管道的实际运行,同时为未来的输油管道精益运行提供思路和参考。 By constructing a pipeline network simulation model,the minimum outbound temperature of the station and the limit low throughput of the pipeline are simulated under different transport volumes and ground temperature conditions,and the lean operation mode of the pipeline system is explored.The results show that the lower the ground temperature is,the higher the minimum exit temperature is,and the higher the limit low throughput is.The research results can be used to guide the actual operation of the pipeline and provide ideas and references for the lean operation of the pipeline in the future.
