摘要
当煤层气井出现煤粉卡泵、管柱砂埋等异常后,需要进行检泵作业以恢复气井正常排采。织金区块多薄煤层出砂出煤粉现象严重,极大影响煤层气井的稳定排采,降低气井产能。基于织金煤层气14口检泵作业井,对检泵原因进行分析,归纳总结了地层出砂出煤粉导致凡尔球座堵死、抽油杆偏磨的影响机理。开展了煤层气井防砂防煤粉井下管柱结构优化设计,利用“筛网隔离+重力分异”原理,实现二次防砂工艺,缓解了管柱砂埋和煤粉卡泵的问题,大大延长了气井检泵周期,现场实践结果证明了该设计的有效性。
It is necessary to check the pump to restore the normal production of the gas well after the abnormal occurrences of coal powder stuck pump and sand buried pipe column.The phenomenon of sand and pulverized coal in the multi-thin coal seam in Zhijin block is serious,which greatly affects the stable discharge and production of coalbed methane Wells and reduces the productivity of gas Wells.Based on 14 pump inspection Wells in Zhijin coalbed methane,this study analyzed the reasons for pump inspection,and summarized the influence mechanism of sand and pulverized coal production leading to the blockage of Waer ball seat and rod offset wear.Finally,this study carried out the optimization design of the downhole pipe string structure for sand and pulverized coal prevention in coalbed methane Wells.By using the principle of“screen isolation+gravity differentiation”,the secondary sand control process was realized,which alleviated the problems of sand buried pipe string and pulverized coal stuck pump,and greatly extended the pump inspection cycle of gas Wells.The field practice results proved the effectiveness of this design.
