摘要
井壁稳定是煤岩气井钻井过程中难以避免的一个重要问题。新疆阜康矿区煤岩气井地质构造复杂,地层欠压实、地质疏松、上部泥岩地层及煤岩垮塌严重,井壁稳定性差。针对以上难点,在钻井液中引入化学成膜封堵剂FDM-1,成功在FSL-43井解决了井壁稳定性。实践证明,引入成膜封堵剂FDM-1后,钻井过程中井壁稳定,起下钻及完井作业顺利,钻井周期11.15 d,完井周期16.54 d,刷新了该工区无故障最短钻完井周期记录。为煤岩气井的钻井稳定性控制技术提供了有效途径。
Wellbore stability is an important problem in the process of coal-rock gas well drilling.The geological structure of coal and gas wells in Fukang mining area,Xinjiang,is complex,the strata are under-compacted,the geology is loose,the upper mudstone strata and coal and rock collapse are serious,and the stability of the borehole wall is poor.In view of the above difficulties,the chemical film-forming plugging agent FDM-1 was introduced into the drilling fluid,and the wellbore stability was successfully solved in well FSL-43.It is proved by practice that,after the introduction of FDM-1,the wellbore is stable in the drilling process,the drilling and completion operations are smooth,the drilling cycle is 11.15 d,and the completion cycle is 16.54 d,the record of the shortest drilling and completion cycle without failure in this work area is refreshed.It provides an effective way for drilling stability control technology of coal-rock gas well.
