海底管道是海洋石油生产系统的重要组成部分,一旦发生泄漏事故,就会造成严重的经济损失。本文广泛调研了国内外数据库和海底管道泄漏事故资料,查阅海底管道安全事故新闻报道并深究其中经典案例,综合分析得出造成海底管道事故的事故原因,明确事故原因的分类标准,并根据不同类型的事故原因,结合工作实际,给出具有针对性、可操作性的安全对策建议,旨在提高海底管道运营企业的安全管理水平。

Subsea pipelines are an important component of offshore oil production systems,and once a leakage accident occurs,it can cause serious economic losses.This article extensively researched domestic and foreign databases and information on submarine pipeline leakage accidents,consulted news reports on submarine pipeline safety accidents,and delved into classic cases.Through comprehensive analysis,the causes of submarine pipeline accidents were identified,and the classification criteria for accident causes were clarified.Based on different types of accident causes and practical work,targeted and actionable safety countermeasures were proposed to improve the safety management level of submarine pipeline operation enterprises.
