适用于汽车驮背运输的地铁工程平车车体与转向架连接方案

摘要 针对采用汽车驮背运输地铁工程平车存在运输过程复杂、用工多、周期长、成本高,以及影响工程平车技术性能等问题,设计一种车体与H型构架式焊接转向架连接方案,对工程平车进行技术改造。经校验,连接装置的U型吊底部剪切强度、U型吊螺纹杆强度和曲线通过能力,以及整车起吊时工程平车稳定性均满足整车起吊要求。实际运用表明,车体与H型构架式焊接转向架连接方案满足汽车驮背运输工程平车整车的要求。 In response to the problems of complex transportation process,many man⁃hours,long cycle,high cost,and the impact on the technical performance of metro engineering flat car transported by using piggyback transport,a connection scheme between the car body and the H⁃frame welded bogie is designed to carry out technical transforma⁃tion of the engineering flat car.After verification,the shear strength at the bottom of theU⁃shaped carriers of the con⁃nection device,the strength of the screw with thread of the U⁃shaped carriers and curve passing capacity,and the sta⁃bility of the overall engineering flat car during vehicle lifting all meet the requirements for vehicle lifting.Practical ap⁃plication has shown that the connection scheme between the car body and the H⁃shaped frame welded bogie meets the requirements of piggyback transporting overall engineering flat car.
