摘要
以某大型邮轮的饮用水系统为研究对象,针对用水负荷较高的问题,从生活用水量、杂用水量、饮用水峰值、造水量和饮用水舱舱容等5个方面进行定量分析;针对饮水卫生问题,以《船舶卫生大纲》为指导,分析水处理系统的结构、功能和参数;针对供水方式复杂的问题,分析冷饮用水分配系统和热饮用水分配系统;针对安全返港的要求,评估各安全区饮用水系统的配置。研究结果表明,采用容量冗余、结构双套的设计方法能提升邮轮乘客用水的舒适性和安全性。研究成果可供其他大型邮轮的饮用水系统设计参考。
The drinking water system of a large cruise ship is taken as the research object to carry out quantitative analysis in response to the problem of high water load from five aspects:domestic water consumption,miscellaneous water consumption,peak drinking water consumption,water production capacity and drinking water tank capacity.To keep the drinking water clean,the structure,function and parameters of the water treatment system are analyzed according to the Vessel Sanitation Program;to simplify the complex water supply modes,the distribution systems for cold drinking water and hot drinking water are analyzed;and to comply with the requirements for Safe Return to Port,the configuration of drinking water systems in each safe area is evaluated.The research results indicate that the design with redundant capacity and dual structure can improve passengers\comfort and safety in water usage,which can serve as a reference for the design of drinking water systems on other large cruise ships.
