基于CiteSpace的国内外门诊患者药学服务研究热点及前沿的可视化分析

CiteSpace-based visualization analysis of research hotspots and fronts of outpatient pharmaceutical care in China and at abroad

目的:通过文献计量学方法对国内外门诊患者药学服务研究热点及前沿进行梳理和对比,以期为我国门诊患者药学服务发展提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网、万方中国学术期刊数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库、PubMed数据库中进行检索,检索时限为2018年1月—2023年7月,提取数据,采用CiteSpace软件对所选文献进行分析,形成可视化科学网络图谱。结果:国内纳入721篇文献,国际纳入839篇文献。(1)美国、澳大利亚、加拿大是发文最多的国家;(2)国内作者于该领域的研究文献合作不紧密;(3)2018年—2023年国际发文量呈上升趋势;(4)中文文献的聚类“药学门诊”“依从性”和“帕累托图”中节点较多且节点半径较大,英文文献聚类“Blood Pressure(血压)”“Antibiotic Stewardship(抗生素管理)”和“Medication Errors(用药错误)”中节点较多且节点半径较大。结论:门诊患者药学服务需各学者的不懈努力,借鉴国际药学门诊研究趋势,学习抗生素及慢病用药管理,重视中药用药管理,健全药学门诊规范制度,促进门诊患者药学服务发展。

OBJECTIVE To sort out and compare the research hotspots and frontiers of outpatient pharmaceutical care at home and abroad through bibliometric methods to provide references for the development of outpatient pharmaceutical care in China.METHODS The authors searched the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Chinese Academic Journal,VIP Chinese Science&Technology Journal,Web of Science(WOS)Core and PubMed from January 2018 to July 2023.The relevant data were extracted.CiteSpace software was utilized for analyzing the selected literature and forming a visual scientific network map.RESULTS A total of 721 domestic and 839 international literatures were retrieved.The United States,Australia and Canada were the countries with the most articles.No close cooperation existed between domestic authors in this field.The number of international publications showed an upward trend from 2018 to 2023.There were more nodes and larger node radii in the clusters of"Pharmaceutical Clinic""Compliance"and"Pareto Diagram"in Chinese literature.The English literature clustering of"Blood Pressure""Antibiotic Stewardship"and"Medication Errors"had more nodes and larger node radius.CONCLUSION Outpatient pharmaceutical care requires unremitting efforts of scholars,learning from the international research trend of pharmaceutical outpatient,learning managements of antibiotics and chronic disease medication,paying attention to traditional Chinese medicine service management,continuing to improve the standardized system of pharmaceutical outpatient and promoting the development of outpatient pharmaceutical care.
