高职院校技能校园评价指标体系探析

摘要 为积极响应建设技能型社会、制造强国、质量强国战略,促进学校自身内涵式发展,咸宁职业技术学院首倡高职院校技能校园建设。本文以系统性、动态性和多元性为原则,从技能投入、技能习得与升级、技能产出三个维度,围绕技能形成前、技能形成中以及技能形成后构建高职院校技能校园评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定高职院校技能校园评价指标权重,并提出推进高职院校技能校园建设的几点建议,从而为高职院校技能校园建设提供参考。 In response to the strategies of building a Skill-oriented Society,a manufacturing power,and a quality-driven power,Xianning Vocational Technical College has taken the initiative to promote the construction of skill-oriented campus in higher vocational colleges.Based on the principles of systematization,dynamism,and diversity,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for skill-oriented campus from three dimensions:skill input,skill acquisition and upgrading,and skill output.The system focuses on the pre-formation,formation,and post-formation of skills.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators for skill-oriented campus.Additionally,several suggestions are proposed to promote the construction of skill-oriented campus in higher vocational colleges,providing references for future development.
