摘要
通过极限氧指数(LOI)测定、垂直燃烧实验及锥形量热实验研究了溴代三嗪(TTBPC)/Sb_(2)O_(3)的表面改性对其阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)的影响。结果表明,采用KH550改性TTBPC/Sb_(2)O_(3)明显改善了其对ABS的阻燃作用,w(TTBPC/Sb_(2)O_(3))=15.0%,m(TTBPC)∶m(Sb_(2)O_(3))=4.0∶1.0,m(KH550)∶m(TTBPC/Sb_(2)O_(3))=2.0%,改性使阻燃ABS的LOI从25.4%提高至29.7%、垂直燃烧等级从无提高至V-0。与纯ABS相比,阻燃ABS的总热释放量(THR)、热释放速率峰值(PHRR)和平均热释放速率(MHRR)分别降低了58.6%、55.9%和55.0%。
The effect of the surface modification of tri(tribromophenyl)cyanurate(TTBPC)/Sb_(2)O_(3) on its flame retardancy in acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)was studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI)measurement,vertical combustion test and cone calorimeter test.The results show that the flame retardant effect of TTBPC/Sb_(2)O_(3) in ABS is significantly improved by modification with KH550.When w(TTBPC/Sb_(2)O_(3))is 15.0%based on the total weight of the composites,m(TTBPC)∶m(Sb_(2)O_(3))=4.0∶1.0,and m(KH550)∶m(TTBPC/Sb_(2)O_(3))=2.0%,the LOI and vertical combustion level of flame retarded ABS increases by modification from 25.4%to 29.7%and from none to V-0,respectively.Compared pure ABS,the total heat release(THR),peak heat release rate(PHRR)and mean heat release rate(MHRR)of flame retardant ABS decreases by about 58.6%,55.9%and 55.0%,respectively.
