摘要
聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)材料机械强度和耐水性差,并且其防污性能依赖于海水冲刷,静态防污效果比较差。通过将聚乙二醇甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷预聚制备了双亲性预聚物;以硅酸四乙酯为原料通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷疏水改性SiO_(2),与PDMS混合、固化形成有机-无机交联网络,既促进了双亲性预聚物在涂层表面的自富集效果,降低了细菌、硅藻等海洋生物及大型污损生物的黏附能力,又提高了材料的静态防污能力、耐水性以及对基体材料的附着强度。
Polydimethysiloxane(PDMS)material has poor mechanical strength and water resistance,and its anti-fouling performance depends on seawater erosion,and its static anti-fouling effect is relatively poor.In this paper,amphiphilic prepolymers were prepared by prepolymerization of polyethylene glycol methyl orth osilicate methacrylate,dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane.In addition,γ-methacryloxypropyl-trimethoxysilane hydrophobically modified SiO_(2) was prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw material.Then,it was mixed with PDMS and solidified to form an organic-inorganic cross-linked network,which not only promoted the self-enrichment effect of amphiphilic prepolymer on the coating surface,reduced the adhesion ability of marine organisms such as bacteria and diatoms and large fouling organisms,but also improved the static antifouling ability,water resistance and adhesion strength of the material to the substrate material.
