新时代弘扬女排精神的现实困境及纾困之道

The Realistic Dilemmas of Promoting the Fighting Spirit of the Chinese Women's Volleyball Team in the New Era and Ways to Bail-Out

女排精神为强国建设、民族复兴注入不竭动力。新时代弘扬女排精神具有重要的价值和意义。本文通过文献资料法等研究女排精神的内涵、弘扬女排精神的现实困境及纾困之道。新时代女排精神包含爱国主义精神、团结协作精神、顽强拼搏精神、永不言败精神和勇于创新精神。新时代弘扬女排精神面临着错误观念盛行、学校及社会的宣传力度不足、竞技体育过度商业化、媒体“不负责”报道等现实困境。针对现实困境提出正确引领价值观,形成情感认同;加大宣传力度,提高传播效益;保证竞赛公平,合理商业化;加强媒体道德,拓宽传播深度等应对路径。

The fighting spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team injects inexhaustible power for the construction of a strong nation and national rejuvenation.The promotion of the spirit in the new era has important value and significance.This paper studies the connotation of the fighting spirt of the Chinese women's volleyball team,the realistic of the dilemma of promoting it and ways to bail-out through the literature and data method.The fight spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team in the new era includes the spirit of patriotism,the spirit of unity and cooperation,the spirit of tenacity and hard work,the spirit of never giving up and the spirit of innovation.The promotion of the spirit in the new era is faced with such practical dilemmas as the prevalence of misconceptions,insufficient publicity in schools and society,excessive commercialisation of competitive sports,and"irresponsible"media reports.in order to deal with these dilemmas,First of all,it is proposed to correctly lead the values and form the emotional identity.Secondly,we need to increase the publicity and improve the efficiency of communication.Thirdly,we should ensure the fairness of the competition and reasonable commercialisation.Finally,it is important to strengthen the media morality and broaden the depth of communication and etc.
