摘要
针对单雨量传感器观测降水存在数据“可疑”和缺失的问题,文章提出了一种在不影响现有地面自动观测采集方式的情况下,采用多个雨量传感器观测降水的方法。该方法可以对每分钟的降水观测值进行一致性计算,剔除异常降水观测值,并融合有效降水观测值,保障观测数据连续不间断,以提高降水观测的连续性和可信度。同时该方法还在降水累计到达一定数值时进行一致性计算,发现降水观测值偏移较大的雨量传感器,为气象决策服务、分析地区气候变化、气象保障提供更加可靠的降水数据。
Aiming at the problem of"suspicious"and missing data of precipitation observed by single rainfall sensor,a method of using multiple rainfall sensors to observe precipitation without affecting the existing collection method for the ground automatic observation is proposed.This method can carry out consistent calculation for the observed precipitation value per minute,and eliminate the observed abnormal precipitation value,and observed effective precipitation values were fused to ensure continuous and uninterrupted observation data to improve the continuity and credibility of precipitation observation.At the same time,this method also carries out consistent calculation when the precipitation accumulation reaches a certain value,and finds out the rainfall sensor with large precipitation deviation,which provides more reliable precipitation data for weather decision-making service,analysis of regional climate change and meteorological safeguard.
