材料、工艺、组织和性能一体化塑性成形实验设计

摘要 塑性成形是材料成型与控制工程专业方向的一个重要分支,着重培养学生运用专业知识分析和解决塑性加工过程中复杂工程问题的能力。金属材料成形生产中涉及材质、工艺、组织和性能等多个要素。以板材轧制成形为教学内容,设计了一个将材料、组织、工艺和性能4个方面有机结合的塑性成形工艺实验课程。在实验教学方法方面,采用问题导向和交流讨论方式,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。 Plastic forming is an important branch of material forming and control engineering major,focusing on developing students'ability to use professional knowledge to analyze and solve complex engineering problems in the plastic processing.The forming production of metal materials involves many elements,such as material,process,structure and performance.This paper takes sheet rolling forming as the teaching content,and designs an experimental course of plastic forming process,which organically combines material,structure,process and performance.In terms of experimental teaching methods,problem-oriented and communicative discussion methods are adopted to help cultivate students'practical ability and innovation ability.
