摘要
国家工程研究中心是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,也是新时期国家战略科技力量。基于多年来对粮食发酵与食品生物制造国家工程研究中心实验室安全工作的研究和实践总结,不断完善安全责任体系,强化培训及安全文化建设,梳理主要风险源,建立准确的危险源分布清单。多措并举,共筑安全防护屏障,以查促安,夯实安全管理成效,奖罚分明,调动激发全员安全责任意识,构建“四位一体”实验室安全管理体系,助力国家工程研究中心科研发展。实践表明,在此管理体系下,有效控制了安全风险,明显提升了全体师生的安全意识,大幅改善了实验环境和安全状况,实验室安全管理工作成效明显。
The National Engineering Research Center is an important part of the national scientific and technological innovation system and a national strategic scientific and technological force in the new era.Based on the research and practice summary of the laboratory safety work of the National Engineering Research Center of Fermentation and Food Biomanufacturing over the years,the safety responsibility system has been continuously improved,the training and safety culture construction have been strengthened,the main risk sources have been sorted out,and an accurate distribution list of hazard sources has been established,taking multiple measures to build a safety protection barrier,to investigate and promote safety,consolidate the effectiveness of safety management,clear rewards and punishments,mobilize and stimulate the awareness of the safety theme of all employees,and build a“four-in-one”laboratory safety management system,high-quality service“double first-class”discipline development.The practice shows that under this management system,the safety risks of the laboratory are effectively controlled,the safety consciousness of the teachers and students in the labs is significantly improved,the experimental environment and safety situation are improved,and the purpose of improving the safety management of the laboratory is achieved.
