摘要
为解决工厂生产中,物料人工运输劳动强度大、成本高等问题,本文提出利用信息技术建立生产设备、AGV运输设备、信息数据流和管理控制流的集成,给出在中控区域调度物料、AGV运输设备自动完成物料运输的解决方案,构建了一种基于生产设备可视化的智能物料运输管理系统,并在实际工作场景中应用,可帮助物料运输人员减少巡线、运输等大量低价值、重复性工作,物料运输人力成本节约率为48.3%。
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and high cost of manual transportation of materials in factory production,this paper proposes to use information technology to establish the integration of production equipment,AGV transportation equipment,information data flow and management control flow,and gives a solution for scheduling materials in the central control area and AGV transportation equipment to automatically complete material transportation.An intelligent material transportation management system based on the visualization of production equipment is constructed and applied in actual work scenarios,which can help material transportation personnel reduce a large number of low-value and repetitive works such as line inspection and transportation,and the labor cost saving rate of material transportation is 48.3%.
