电子级玻纤布在覆铜板上胶过程中的断布原因分析及改善

摘要 通过对玻纤布线结产生的原因进行分析,对造成断布的线结在厚度、宽度尺寸上进行量化限定,并针对线结产生主要因素进行改善,从而降低玻纤布线结导致断布风险;通过对胶液杂质产生的原因进行分析,识别胶液过滤过程中的风险点,并进行有效预防,进一步降低胶水杂质对断布的影响。 The causes of knot formation in glass fiber cloth were analyzed,the thickness and width of knots that cause breakage were quantitatively limited,and improvements to reduce the risk of breakage caused by knots were proposed.Additionally,the causes of impurities in the adhesive solution were analyzed,the risk points in the filtration process were identified,and effective preventive measures to further reduce the impact of adhesive impurities on fabric breakage were suggested.
