建设中国式现代化需要营造清廉社会生态

Building Chinese-style Modernization Requires the Cultivation of a Clean Social Ecology

清廉社会生态是中国式现代化建设的题中应有之义,也是建设中国式现代化的充分必要条件。清廉社会生态的核心是党内清廉生态。中国共产党一直在努力营造和维护清廉社会生态。党的十八大以来,十余年强力反腐取得显著成效,但仍有一些突出问题值得关注和解决,铲除腐败产生的土壤依然任重道远。当下营造清廉社会生态,需在铲除封建意识和资产阶级思想文化土壤、深化干部人事制度改革培养选用优秀人才、补足丰富的精神养分、实行全过程人民民主、加大权力运行公开和监督力度、驰而不息正风肃纪等方面下功夫。

A clean social ecology is an inherent requirement and a necessary condition for the construction of Chinese-style modernization.The core of a clean social ecology lies in the integrity within the Party.The Communist Party of China has always been striving to cultivate and maintain a clean social ecology.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,more than a decade of strong anti-corruption efforts have achieved significant results.However,there are still some prominent issues that deserve attention and resolution.The task of eradicating the conditions that breed and spread corruption is still arduous.To cultivate a clean social ecology at present,it is necessary to put efforts into eradicating the cultural soil of feudal consciousness and bourgeois ideology,deepening the reform of cadre personnel system to cultivate and select excellent talents,supplementing abundant spiritual nourishment,implementing full-process people’s democracy,increasing the openness and supervision of power operation,and persisting in promoting a clean and honest administration.
