构建纪检监察学学科的科学体系是关系纪检监察学学科健康有序发展的重要基础性工程。构建纪检监察学学科的科学体系,就是要构建以马克思主义监督思想为“魂脉”体现灵魂本质、以中华优秀传统文化中的监察制度和廉洁文化为“根脉”彰显文化特质、以中国共产党成立百余年来尤其是党的十八大以来纪检监察实践为精华回应时代现实课题的理论体系,构建涵盖以实践为基础的研究方法、社会系统研究方法、矛盾分析法、逻辑与历史相统一的研究方法、实证与规范相结合的研究方法等方法论体系,构建准确界定纪检监察学学科的研究对象、拥有自主知识体系、科学设置二级学科、准确把握学科定位并在与相关学科的互动增益中不断发展的学科体系,构建包含纪检监察人才培养层次定位、高素质师资队伍培养、教材体系较为完备、专业课程体系建设完整等内容的人才培养体系。
