摘要
自纪检监察学获批新增专业,纪检监察学专业人才的素质和能力培养成了当前亟须解决的问题。本文总结归纳了《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》中法学门类人才培养要求以及党和国家对纪检监察人才的要求,同时运用大数据对28所高校纪检监察学本科专业申报材料进行分析,形成了科学、完整的纪检监察学专业人才素质和能力指标体系。本文将其概括为5个一级指标17个二级指标54个三级指标,以期对各高校纪检监察学专业人才培养有所裨益。
The cultivation of the quality and ability of disciplinary inspection and supervision professionals has become an urgent problem to be solved since the approval of the addition of a new major in discipline inspection and supervision.By summarizing and generalizing requirements for cultivating talents in the field of law according to National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions,and the requirements of the Party and the state for disciplinary inspection and supervision talents,simultaneously utilizing big data to analyze the application materials for undergraduate discipline inspection and supervision majors in 28 universities,a scientific and complete indicator system for the quality and ability of disciplinary inspection and supervision professionals has been formed,which is summarized as 5 primary indicators,17 secondary indicators,and 54 tertiary indicators.This system is expected to be beneficial for the cultivation of disciplinary inspection and supervision professionals in various universities.
