环境工程中印染废水特征分析及处理方法研究

摘要 印染废水作为一种复杂的工业废水,具有污染物含量高、酸碱度较高以及水温水量偏高等特征。针对这些特征,本文提出了厂内和末端处理方法,包括建立碱回收系统、引进天然浆料、采用循环用水系统、微生物处理法、MBR膜分离法、化学氧化法以及化学混凝法等。这些方法能够有效降解有机污染物、去除颜色物质、净化水质,从而达到环境保护和资源回收的目的。 As a complex industrial wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of high pollutant content,high pH and high water temperature and water quantity.In view of these characteristics,this paper proposes in-plant and end-of-plant treatment methods,including the establishment of alkali recovery system,the introduction of natural slurry,the use of recycled water system,microbial treatment,MBR membrane separation,chemical oxidation and chemical coagulation.These methods can effectively degrade organic pollutant,remove color substances,and purify water quality,so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and resource recovery.
