摘要
本文探讨了控制皮革中六价铬含量的策略与实践,通过改进鞣制技术,优化鞣制工艺参数,包括精确控制pH值、温度和鞣制时间等措施,并使用高精度检测设备,对原材料进行严格筛查,控制皮革中六价铬的含量。然后,本文以某制革企业为例,合理设计并应用了这些技术方案。测试结果表明,这些技术方案在降低皮革中六价铬含量方面表现出色,生产过程的环保和质量控制均得到了显著提升。本研究旨在为制革行业的绿色制造提供可靠的技术支持,从而推动行业的可持续发展。
This paper discusses the strategies and practices for controlling the hexavalent chromium content of leather,through improving tanning technology,optimizing tanning process parameters,including precise control of pH,temperature and tanning time and other measures,as well as using high-precision testing equipment to screen raw materials rigorously to control the hexavalent chromium content.Finally,this paper takes a tanning enterprise as an example to rationally design and apply these technological solutions,and the test results show that these technological solutions perform well in reducing the content of hexavalent chromium,and the environmental protection and quality control of the production process have been significantly improved.This study aims to provide reliable technical support for green manufacturing in the tanning industry and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
