美丽中国建设背景下贵州省一般工业固体废物治理策略分析

Analysis of Strategies for the Treatment of Industrial Solid Wastes in Guizhou Province Against the Background of Building a Beautiful China

在“美丽中国”建设大环境下,“十四五”时期贵州省工业固体废物管理变得更加重要。文章通过对贵州省2020—2022年工业固体废物整体变化趋势、地区分布、类型分布、处理技术应用开发等方面进行分析,并对环境影响和管理措施进行评价,提出美丽中国背景下贵州省工业固体废物的处理策略,包括加强法规和标准建设、促进固体废物的减量化和资源化利用、加强技术创新、加强区域合作、增强公众环保意识,其目的是建立多元共治的固体废物处理系统,从而推动贵州省环境质量不断提升,助力美丽中国的建设。

In the context of the construction of“Beautiful China”,the management of industrial solid waste in Guizhou Province has become more important during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.This paper analyzed the overall change trend,regional distribution,type distribution,application and development of treatment technology of industrial solid waste in Guizhou Province from 2020—2022,evaluates its environmental impact and management measures,and proposes the treatment strategy of industrial solid waste in Guizhou Province under the background of Beautiful China.The main strategies are to strengthen the construction of regulations and standards,promote the reduction and resource utilization of solid waste,strengthen technological innovation,strengthen regional cooperation,and improve public awareness of environmental protection.
