以生态云大数据平台为依托,通过建立散乱污整治工作模块,实现散乱污整治工作从发现问题、分析问题到解决问题的全链条展示,构建散乱污治理“一张网”和“一张图”。通过省市融合建设、适用不同使用者的应用平台开发、电力监管手段的探索,为生态环境精细化监管提供参考。

Based on the ecological cloud big data platform,by establishing a module for scattered pollution control work,the entire chain of scattered pollution control work from discovering problems,analyzing problems to solving problems is displayed,and a“network”and“map”for scattered pollution control are constructed.Through the integration of provincial and municipal construction,application platforms suitable for different users are developed,and the exploration of power supervision methods is carried out,providing reference for fine ecological environment supervision.
