摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever, ASF)是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus, ASFV)引起的高致病性、出血性猪传染病,急性感染死亡率高达100%。ASFV是一种双链DNA病毒,编码蛋白超过150种,其中结构蛋白50多种,非结构蛋白100多种。本文对近年来ASFV蛋白质结构和功能相关研究进行了梳理,讨论了在病毒感染、组装、DNA复制、宿主细胞代谢调控和免疫逃逸等过程中发挥关键作用的结构蛋白和非结构蛋白,分析了ASFV蛋白质在病毒生命周期中扮演的角色和多种蛋白质之间相互作用,以期为未来针对非洲猪瘟的预防和治疗提供参考。
African swine fever is a highly pathogenic,hemorrhagic swine disease caused by the African swine fever virus.Acute infections can lead to a mortality rate of up to 100%.ASFV is a double-stranded DNA virus that encodes over 150 proteins,of which more than 50 are structural proteins and over 100 are non-structural proteins.This article reviews recent studies on the structure and function of ASFV proteins,discussing the key roles of the structural and non-structural proteins in processes such as viral infection,assembly,DNA replication,host cell metabolic regulation,and immune evasion.The roles of the ASFV proteins in the viral life cycle and the interactions between various proteins are analyzed,which is hoped to serve as references for future prevention and treatment of African swine fever.
