摘要
随着环保标准日益严格,高含硫天然气净化要求随之提高。胺液作为硫化物的吸收剂,被广泛应用于高含硫天然气脱硫工艺中。本文对装置内影响胺液吸收效果的因素进行分析并对主要影响因素进行判断,研究了胺液温度、胺液浓度以及胺液循环量对胺液吸收效果的影响,通过对相关工艺参数优化,最终达到降低产品气总硫和尾气SO_(2)含量的目的。
As environmental protection standards become increasingly stringent,the requirements for purifying high-sulfur content natural gas have also escalated.Amine liquid,as an absorbent for sulfides,is widely used in the desulfurization process for high-sulfur content natural gas.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the absorption efficiency of amine liquid within the plant and identifies the primary influencing factors.It investigates the impact of amine liquid temperature,amine liquid concentration,and amine liquid circulation volume on the absorption efficiency.By optimizing relevant process parameters,the ultimate objective is to reduce the total sulfur content in product gas and the SO_(2)content in tail gas.
