摘要
本文基于情感劳动、身份建构等理论,采用质性研究方法,遵循目的性抽样原则,对东北地区一所民办高校的四名教师进行半结构化访谈。研究发现,四名教师的情感劳动与身份建构路径各具特点,重要他人对教师的个体身份、专业身份存在显著影响,情感劳动中的深层扮演策略有利于教师积极的身份建构,组织文化是教师身份建构的主要影响因素。研究提出,民办高校教师身份建构的策略是:建立有效激励制度,促进教师情感归属;提供学习发展空间,激发教师工作热情;塑造良好人文环境,发挥示范引领作用。
Based on the theories of emotional labor and identity construction,this paper adopts qualitative research methods and follows the principle of purposeful sampling to conduct semi-structured interviews with four teachers in a private university in Northeast China.It is found that the emotional labor and identity construction paths of the four teachers have their own characteristics.Important people have a significant influence on teachers individual identity and professional identity.The deep-seated play strategy in emotional labor is conducive to teachers positive identity construction,and organizational culture is the main influencing factor for teachers identity construction.The research puts forward that the strategy to improve the status of teachers in private colleges and universities is to establish an effective incentive system to promote teachers emotional closeness;provide learning and development space to stimulate teachers enthusiasm for work;create a good humanistic environment to make teachers play a leading role in demonstration.
