摘要
高校人事工作法治化是高校办学自主权落实与扩大背景下的衍生命题,在加快推进高等教育内涵式高质量发展的时代背景下,遵从“发挥法治固根本、稳预期、利长远的重要作用”的指引,顺应高校人事工作发展形势,厘清人事工作法律风险,着力从理念深化、制度建设、机制完善等方面深入推进高校人事工作法治化发展。
The legalization of personnel management work in universities is a proposition derived from the implementation and expansion of university autonomy.Under the background of accelerating the connotative and high-quality development of higher education,the development of the rule of law in personnel work in colleges and universities should be further promoted from the aspects of deepening concepts,system construction,and mechanism improvement,in accordance with the guidance of“giving play to the important role of the rule of law in solidifying the foundation,stabilizing expectations,and benefiting the long term”,conforming to the development situation of personnel work in colleges and universities and clarifying the legal risks of personnel work.
