摘要
职业使命感是辅导员对其职业角色的积极认同,对其所从事的学生工作具有发自内心的热爱,对学生工作能持续地投入激情并能从中获得价值感和意义感的职业体验。职业使命感衡量辅导员队伍建设质量,缓解辅导员自我认同危机。职业使命感的内涵主要表现在辅导员对专业知识的意义理解、对职业活动的自我认同和对职业实践过程的价值体验。强化辅导员的职业使命感,需要辅导员深化专业知识的意义理解和意义创生;强化专业属性理解,提升辅导员的自我认同;注重文化回应和浸润,营造价值体验的氛围。
The sense of professional mission of college counselors refers to the stable and positive meaningful connection between the counselor and the counselor’s work in the process of engaging in the counselor’s professional activities,and the subjective experience of strong meaning confirmation and value recognition of the counselor’s career reflects the degree of recognition of the counselor’s professional function and value.It is not only the starting point to evaluate the counselor’s work,but also the value standard to measure the quality of the counselor’s team construction,and the effective sign to alleviate the counselor’s self-identity crisis.Its connotation is mainly manifested in the counselor’s understanding of the meaning of professional knowledge,the selfidentification of professional activities and the value experience of professional practice process.To strengthen the counselor’s sense of professional mission,the counselor needs to deepen the meaning understanding and meaning creation of professional knowledge.Strengthen the understanding of“professional”attribute and enhance the self-identification of counselors;pay attention to cultural response and infiltration,and create an atmosphere of value experience.
