摘要
学术型硕士研究生是我国建设创新型国家的中坚力量.以湖南理工学院学术型硕士研究生为研究对象,揭示新增硕士学位授予单位学术型研究生培养中存在的课程体系单一、创新意识欠缺、导师管理低效、考核激励机制不完备、科研环境亟待改善等问题,并借鉴德国、美国、日本和英国等国家研究生培养模式的成功经验,从课程设置、导师指导、考核激励、培养环境等方面提出提升学术型硕士研究生培养质量的建议.
Academic postgraduates serve as the backbone in the drive to build innovative country in China.Taking the academic postgraduate students in Hunan Institute of Science and Technology as the research object,this paper examines the problems existing in the training mode of academic postgraduate students in newly-added master’s degree-granting institutions,such as single curriculum system,lack of innovation consciousness,inefficient tutor management,incomplete assessment and incentive mechanism,and urgent need for improvement of scientific research environment.Drawing on the successful experience of postgraduate training modes in Germany,the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom,some suggestions are put forward to improve the cultivation quality of academic postgraduate students from the aspects of curriculum setting,tutor guidance,assessment and incentive,and training environment.
