“人工智能+”赋能高等教育:理论逻辑、现实困境与实践路径

摘要 推进“人工智能+”行动,有望深刻改变教育的形态,引领教育走向更加智能化、个性化的高质量发展之路,为解决我国当前教育发展中遇到的一系列难题提供新的思路和方法。“人工智能+”具有创新驱动、效率提升、决策支持、个性化服务等特征,通过改变高等教育观念、丰富高等教育教学手段、打破高等教育评估不可能三角、推动高等教育模式改革、颠覆高等教育结构,赋能高等教育。与此同时,“人工智能+”赋能高等教育面临着个人隐私、教育公平、虚拟情感、认知发展四重困境。为使“人工智能+”更好助力高等教育,应构建教育隐私风险防范体系,建立区域智能教育协调发展体系,健全数据与算法治理体制,构建新型情感教育路径,推进核心素养导向的深度教学。 Promoting the“artificial intelligence+”action is expected to profoundly change the form of education,lead education to a more intelligent and personalized high-quality development road,and provide new ideas and methods to solve a series of problems encountered in the current development of education in China.“Artificial Intelligence+”is characterized by innovation-driven,efficiency improvement,decision support and personalized service.By changing the concept of higher education,enriching the teaching means of higher education,breaking the impossible triangle of higher education evaluation,promoting the reform of higher education model,and subverting the structure of higher education.At the same time,“AI+”enabling higher education faces the four dilemmas of personal privacy,educational equity,virtual emotion and cognitive development.In order to make“artificial Intelligence+”better help higher education,we should build an educational privacy risk prevention system,establish a regional intelligent education coordinated development system,improve the data and algorithm governance system,build a new emotional education path,and promote the core literacy-oriented in-depth teaching.
