型钢悬挑脚手架施工安全隐患分析及防控措施研究

摘要 针对当前高层建筑中广泛应用的型钢悬挑脚手架工程,本文深入探讨了型钢悬挑脚手架在高层建筑施工中的技术要点与安全管理问题。通过分析施工准备、施工工艺、搭设要求、检查验收及拆除等关键环节,揭示了常见的安全隐患,如施工方案不合理、构配件质量不达标、悬挑梁设置不规范等。研究提出了一系列安全管理措施,包括强化分包合同管理、加强施工方案管理、严把构配件质量关、加强施工过程管理及加大违法检查力度等,旨在从源头上减少安全事故的发生。结论表明,通过多方面综合施策,可以有效提升型钢悬挑脚手架施工的安全性,保障施工人员的生命财产安全。 In view of section steel cantilever scaffolding project widely used in high-rise buildings,this paper deeply discusses the technical points and safety management issues of section steel cantilever scaffolding in high-rise building construction.Through the analysis of key links such as construction preparation,construction technology,erection requirements,inspection acceptance,and demolition,common potential safety hazards are revealed,such as unreasonable construction plan,substandard quality of components and parts,and substandard setting of cantilever beam.The study proposes a series of safety management measures,including strengthening the management of subcontracts,strengthening the management of construction plans,strictly controlling the quality of components and parts,strengthening the management of construction process and increasing the intensity of illegal inspections,aiming to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents from the source.
