联苯肼酯对4种环境生物的急性毒性及初级风险评估

摘要 为了评价联苯肼酯对4种环境生物的安全性。参照《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》和《化学农药天敌(瓢虫)急性接触毒性试验准则》,测定了43%联苯肼酯悬浮剂对日本鹌鹑、家蚕、七星瓢虫和稻螟赤眼蜂的急性毒性,并根据《农药登记环境风险评估指南》评价其对4种环境生物的初级风险。结果表明,联苯肼酯对日本鹌鹑7 d-LD_(50)为82.7 mg a.i./kg体重,中毒,风险不可接受;对家蚕4 d-LC_(50)为184.0 mg a.i./L,中毒,风险不可接受;对七星瓢虫和稻螟赤眼蜂的LR50分别为>358.33 g a.i./hm^(2)和116.88 g a.i./hm^(2),风险均可接受。因此,联苯肼酯禁止在鸟类保护区或鸟类大量聚集地及附近使用,同时在养蚕基地和桑树种植区也应禁止使用。 The safety of Bifenazate to four environmental organisms was evaluated.Based on the Test Guidelines on Environmental Safety Assessment for Chemical Pesticides and the Chemical Pesticide-Guideline for Natural Enemy(Ladybird Beetles)Acute Contact Toxicity Test,acute toxicity tests of Bifenazate to Coturnix japonica,Bombyx mori,Coccinella septempunctata and Trichogramma japonicum were assayed.In addition,the primary risk to these environmental organisms was evaluated according to the Guidelines for Environmental Risk Assessment for Pesticide Registration.The results showed that Bifenazate was moderate toxicity to Coturnix japonica,does of the 7 d-LD_(50)of acute oral toxicity was 82.7 mg a.i./kg BW,the risk was unacceptable.Bifenazate was moderate toxicity to Bombyx mori with the 4 d-LCso of acute toxicity being 184.0 mg a.i./L,the risk was unacceptable.The LR_(50)of Bifenazate to Coccinella septempunctata and Trichogramma japonicum were>358.33 g a.i./hm^(2)and 116.88 g a.i./hm^(2),respectively,the risks were acceptable.Therefore,Bifenazate is prohibited to be used in birds protection areas or near areas with large birds populations,as well as in silkworm breeding bases and mulberry tree planting areas.
