基于人工智能的无砟轨道铺轨施工技术研究

摘要 针对当前铺轨施工中存在的辅助人员多、劳动强度大、自动化程度低、安全风险高、施工综合效率低等问题,研发了WPZ-500型无砟轨道智能铺轨机组。该机组通过自动导向车(AGV)控制系统实现铺轨作业过程中自动循迹行驶;基于图像识别技术和车辆姿态感知算法,实现了滚筒智能定位、布设、拖移、拾取和堆码等;利用抓/锁轨机械手,实现了长钢轨的自动抓取、锁紧和拖拉等。新型人工智能无砟轨道铺轨机组在高铁建设中的应用,推动了高速铁路建设向数字化、智能化和自动化方向转型,极大地改善了铺轨作业环境,提高了综合铺轨效率。 The WPZ-500 intelligent ballastless tracklaying machine was developed to solve the problems of many auxiliary personnel,high labor intensity,low automation,high safety risk and low comprehensive construction efficiency in the current track laying construction.The machine realized automatic tracking during track laying operation through AGV automatic control system.Based on machine vision and motion control,the automatic positioning,deployment,grabbing and dragging of the drum were realized.By using the manipulator,the long rails can be grasped,locked and dragged remotely.The successful application of the new intelligent ballastless track laying machine has promoted the transformation of high-speed railway construction to the direction of digitalization,intelligence and automation,greatly improved the track laying operation environment and improved the comprehensive track laying efficiency.
