摘要
目的以健康老龄化为视角,构建护理专业学位研究生多层次培养路径,为护理专业学位研究生培养方案提供参考。方法以《专业学位研究生教育发展方案(2020—2025年)》为指导,结合文献分析、半结构式访谈拟定培养初稿,2021年4—6月采用Delphi法对16名纳入研究的专家进行2轮函询。结果2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为100%、75%,专家权威系数分别为0.820、0.857;Kendall’s W分别为0.393和0.195,P<0.01,最终构建护理专业学位研究生从新入职-专科-高级的立体化多层次培养路径,由3个一级指标、11个二级指标和25个三级指标组成。结论本研究构建的护理专业学位研究生多层次培养路径具有良好的科学性与可靠性,对护理专业学位研究生培养具有参考意义。
Objective To construct a multi-level training pathway for candidates of master of nursing specialist(MNS)from the perspective of healthy aging,and to provide reference for MNS training programs.Methods Guided by the“Development Plan for Professional Degree Postgraduate Education(2020-2025)”,a draft training pathway was formulated after literature review and semi-structured interviews.Two rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted with 16 experts from April to June 2021.Results The response rate of expert consultation was 100%and 75%;authority coefficient of experts 0.820 and 0.857,and Kendall’s W 0.393 and 0.195,respectively in two rounds of consultation(P<0.01).The final multi-level training pathway for MNS candidates consisted of 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 25 third-level indicators.Conclusion The multi-level training pathway constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,providing a valuable reference for the cultivation of MNS candidates.
