数字经济对碳排放的空间溢出效应分析

摘要 以数字经济发展促降碳排放是着力解决资源环境约束突出问题,实现经济高质量发展的关键。利用全国地级及以上城市的面板数据,从空间溢出视角系统验证数字经济对碳排放的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:数字经济及其产生的空间溢出效应均显著降低了本地区及相邻地区的碳排放,有助于形成地区间数字经济促降碳排放的协调发展格局,且上述结论在进行一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性检验表明,数字经济能够显著降低资源型城市及邻近地区的碳排放,而对降低非资源型城市的碳排放不显著。传导机制检验表明,除直接赋能外,数字经济可以分别通过促进技术进步和推动产业结构升级降低本地区碳排放;数字经济的空间溢出效应在当前阶段可以通过技术进步、产业结构升级的方式来实现。据此,应积极强化区域合作、推动提质增效、拓宽实现场景等,助力数字经济降低碳排放,实现高质量发展。 Promoting the reduction of carbon emissions through the development of the digital economy is the key to addressing prominent problem of resource and environmental constraints and achieving high-quality economic development.Using panel data from prefecture level and above cities nationwide,systematically verify the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on carbon emissions from a spatial spillover perspective.The results indicate that the digital economy and its spatial spillover effects have significantly reduced carbon emissions in the local and adjacent regions,helping to form a coordinated development pattern of digital economy promoting carbon emission reduction among regions.Moreover,the above conclusion still holds true after a series of robustness tests.Heterogeneity testing shows that the digital economy can significantly reduce carbon emissions in resource-based cities and neighboring areas,while it is not significant in reducing carbon emissions in non-resource based cities.The transmission mechanism test shows that,in addition to direct empowerment,the digital economy can reduce local carbon emissions by promoting technological progress and industrial structure upgrading.The spatial spillover effect of the digital economy can be achieved through the guidance of technological progress and industrial structure upgrading at the current stage.Based on this,we should actively strengthen regional cooperation,promote quality and efficiency improvement,and broaden the implementation path to help the digital economy reduce carbon emissions and achieve high-quality development.
