二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of Metformin Combined with Insulin Aspart on Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月青岛市黄岛区人民医院收治的98例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为胰岛素组和联合用药组各49例,胰岛素组单用门冬胰岛素治疗,联合用药组采用门冬胰岛素+二甲双胍治疗,比较两组血糖和不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血糖水平均降低且联合用药组低于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组不良妊娠结局发生率低于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素用于治疗妊娠期糖尿病可提升血糖控制效果,降低不良妊娠结局的发生概率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of metformin combined with insulin aspart in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety-eight cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Huangdao District People’s Hospital of Qingdao City from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into 49 cases each in the insulin group and the combination group.The insulin group was treated with insulin aspart alone,and the combination group was treated with insulin aspart+metformin.The blood glucose and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the combination group was significantly lower than the insulin group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combination group was significantly lower than that in the insulin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with insulin aspart can enhance the effect of glycemic control and reduce the probability of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
