“双减”政策下的书法教学与课后一小时——以北京市海淀区和顺义区为例

摘要 书法是我国传统文化的精髓,其对传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化具有重要意义。书法教育是书法文化传承的基础,“双减”政策的推行为改善小学书法教育提供了动力,使北京地区的书法教学水平有了突飞猛进的提高。基于“双减”政策下的书法教学与课后一小时——以北京市海淀区和顺义区为例课题,阐述北京市小学书法教学现状,分析当前实施书法教育所面临的困境,进一步提出改进措施,旨在更好地促进艺术核心素养的推进,全面落实国家新的教育改革方案,实现素质教育真正落地,让书法教育真正进入小学课堂。 Calligraphy,as the essence in traditional culture of our country,its inheritance and the promotion are of great significance for developing Chinese culture.Calligraphy education is the basis of calligraphy culture inheritance.Does the implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy provide impetus for improving calligraphy education in primary schools and make the teaching level of colligraphy improve by leaps and bands?Based on calligraphy teaching and one-hour after class under the“Double Reduction”Policy,taking Haidian District and Shunyi District of Beijing as an example subject,this paper expounds the current situation of calligraphy teaching in primary schools in Beijing,analyzes the difficulties faced by the implementation of calligraphy education today,and further puts forward improvement measures.It aims to better promote the advancement of the core quality of art,fully implement the new national education reform plan,realize the real landing of quality education,and let calligraphy education truly enter the primary school classroom.
