跨境电商是国际贸易发展的新趋势,顺应“互联网+”的发展而突起,现有的人才培养工作相对滞后,无法满足新兴企业的用人需求,这是我国社会存在的一个重要难题,但也给国际经济与贸易专业的人才培养模式带来了更多的机遇和挑战。在跨境电商背景下,国际经济与贸易专业需要对核心课程进行具体、深入的改革和创新,以适应现代经济的发展和人才培养的新需求。因此,首先对跨境电商行业的人才需求进行了分析,其次探讨了在其背景下国际经济与贸易专业人才培养的意义,最后对跨境电商背景下国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式提出了建议。

Cross-border e-commerce is a new trend in the development of international trade,which is emerging in line with the development of“Internet plus”.The existing talent training work is relatively lagging behind and cannot meet the employment needs of emerging enterprises.This is an important problem in our society,but it also brings more opportunities and challenges to the talent training model of international economy and trade.In the context of cross-border e-commerce,international economy and trade major needs to carry out specific and in-depth reforms and innovations in their core courses to meet the new needs of modern economic development and talent cultivation.Therefore,this article first analyzes the talent needs of the cross-border e-commerce industry,then explores the significance of cultivating international economic and trade professionals in its context.Finally,suggestions are made for the training mode of international economy and trade professionals in the context of cross-border e-commerce.
